Our multidisciplinary teams use a holistic, individualized treatment approach that employs multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Co-Occurring Addictions }

    CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS & ADDICTIONS

    In our experience, 50 to 70 percent of patients who present with eating disorders also have co-occurring addictions and psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress and other disorders. The two are complex and interdependent, and successful long-term recovery requires treatment for both disorders concurrently or in sequence. At Rosewood our multidisciplinary clinical teams treat the whole person by identifying and addressing co-occurring addictions within an individualized, collaborative framework.

    Nutrition Services: Meal / Nutrition Planning, Mindful Eating Group

    At the Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders, we believe that “Food is the Best Medicine,” which is why our Registered Dietitians (RDs) work closely with our clinicians, psychiatrists and physicians to ensure the best patient care. During the initial stage of treatment, our registered dietitians provide a comprehensive nutrition evaluation that assesses a client’s history and relationship with food, the progression of a client's eating disorder behaviors and any medical complications or dietary allergies/intolerances. With this information the registered dietitian is then able to design a customized meal plan for each resident.
